Job Description
Growing company with multiple offices across the US is currently in need of an experienced Licensing and Asset Analyst. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, productive, and able to multitask with limited supervision. The Licensing and Asset Analyst assists with building and managing relationships with companies that supply products and services to the IT organization. This position would help to maintain our license and asset counts, lead negotiation of prices where appropriate, interact with legal for approval on MSAs/SLAs, manage renewals and inventory, manage the warranty and support contracts, and work with various teams on reporting. The licensing and Asset Analyst works under the direction of and reports to the Licensing and Asset Manager.


Responsibilities


  • Gather critical information for data analysis and compliance review.
  • In addition to executing on the above list of duties and responsibilities, this position requires to work and collaboration on your team and other organizations support of growing the businesses.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Manage the relationships between Consumer Cellular IT and its hardware and software vendors.
  • Be the point of contact between other internal organizations (such as legal and finance) and IT
  • Ability to stay up to date and learn new technology in an ever changing, fast paced environment.
  • As a Licensing and Asset Analyst, you will collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Units to provide data analytics and reporting.
  • Implement standards, procedures, and action items based on the data collected.
  • Analyze financial and vendor data and provide timely data insights.
  • Effectively communicate your results within the department and to other team members
  • You will present demos to customers, collect financial and vendor data, and provide details back to the customer in a timely manner.
  • Aptitude to understand IT and customer business needs.
  • Embrace and support Consumer Cellular mission and core values.


Required Competencies


  • Knowledge of Microsoft OS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce, SAP or other ERP/CRM system.
  • Hands-on technical experience with inventory and asset management tool (Manage Engine Service Desk Plus preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience working in Inventory Asset Management, including managing licensing and renewals for all hardware and Software.
  • Associates degree in business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional interaction with all levels of the organization.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States and some travel required.
  • Ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while demonstrating teamwork and great communication; ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act)


  • Minimum Salary: $80,000
  • Maximum Salary: $112,000


This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
