E-Therapy is the leading tele-therapy company focused on providing Direct Service to students with special needs across schools in the United States. We are hiring Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide teletherapy services to school-age students for the 2023-2024 school year.

Work from the comfort of your own home office! IEP meeting attendance, direct therapy sessions, and completion of all school-required paperwork are associated with the caseload.

We offer 1099 (rates starting at $42 per hour and highly competitive W2 options.

Schedule & Details:

  • Pay is dependent upon your experience, skills and Certification.
  • Students are to be seen during instructional hours M-F

Requirements:

  • Professional interactions with students, teachers, families, and admin personnel.
  • Experienced Counselors, preferably with school-setting experience working with student aged populations, school-appropriate goal setting, and IEPs.
  • The Counselor should be independent, creative, flexible and comfortable working on their computer from home.
  • Must have a space dedicated to practice in conjunction with privacy policies.
  • Dual State Certification a PLUS!
  • Federal background Check Required
  • Excellent communication skills via email and phone are a must!
