What to Expect

Are you looking for a career in a growing industry with new products, new markets and new technology? Be part of the Tesla Insurance Service team. Our team is seeking an Associate Account Representative, Property & Casualty Personal Lines agent.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct professional telephone conversations to service existing accounts in a high call volume environment
  • Gain customer trust and respect by establishing and maintaining effective relationships
  • Problem-solve and use time effectively to multitask and prioritize work
  • Work well with others in a team setting
What You’ll Bring
  • After hire, employees will be required to meet continuing education requirements to maintain their license (comprehensive training will be provided)
  • Current Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License required
  • Computer keyboard and processing skills
  • Insurance background required
  • Previous customer service and sales experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
