Job Description

SCHEDULING ASSISTANT is needed for a fast-paced personal injury law firm in downtown Tampa. Job duties include scheduling of depositions, hearings, mediations and trials; preparing the notices for these events and filing in E-portal; coordinating appointments with clients; prepare deposition binders and hearing binders. Legal Experience preferred.
