Infinite Blue is the leading platform for enterprise resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning and response. We are looking to hire a summer intern to work with our Chief Legal Officer.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with outstanding contract review and organizational skills. They will review a variety of contract types, including SaaS agreements, professional services agreements, and technology agreements, for key terms.

For this position, a hybrid work schedule is available, which requires in-office presence three days a week at our Audubon, PA office.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Accurately enter information into the online contract platform
• Efficiently and effectively review multiple contracts to identify key terms
• Ensure final copies of agreements/documents are stored properly

Skills

• Successful completion of at least one year of law school

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Superior contract analysis skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
