Job Description

Growing Duluth Insurance Defense firm is seeking to hire a Legal Intake Specialist to accept files carriers, prioritize based on deadlines and proficiently open matter in firm's Case Management Software. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience working in the legal field, have sufficient knowledge of documents, be able to communicate with claims specialist, clients, courts and opposing counsel. Interested candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates should have strong organizational skills and be highly detail oriented. Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and have a great attitude with minimal supervision in a high volume fast paced environment.


Qualifications

  • 1 year legal experience, preferred


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22-24 per hour
