DBL is currently seeking a Legal Admin that has a keen eye for detail, is computer savvy, and is customer focused.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Tracking the order through the pre-filing process through multiple systems
• Follow up with client order requests.
• Maintain logs of activities and schedules
• Communicates with clients to request and arrange payments.
• Responsible for entering data in a timely and accurate manner.
• All new order intake and set-up
• Light accounting (collecting and refunding payments)

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in MS office (work, excel)
• 1-3 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Desire for analytics
