Leave Of Absence Coordinator

One of our top clients in the consumer goods space is looking for a Leave of Absence Coordinator to add to their team in Rosemont, IL. They have a presence nationwide and are growing rapidly. They are known for their collaborative company culture and dedication to providing exceptional services to their clients.
Leave Of Absence Coordinator Responsibilities

• Communicate with LOA third party vendors regarding processes, policies, billings and employee concerns
• Communicate with HR and payroll to keep them updated on a weekly basis
• Advise employees on LOA policies and documentation requirements
• Manage and coordinate employee initiatives through Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Understand and monitor LOA, sick leave, workers compensation and FMLA, state mandated leaves, STD and LTD

Leave Of Absence Coordinator Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have strong working knowledge of workers compensation, ADA, disability regulations and federal and state FMLA policies
• 2+ years of HR experience
• 2+ years of LOA administration experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
