What your day might look like

· Being part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer service

· Conduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person tours

· Ensuring a stellar move-in experience for our customers'

· Market research on comps for marketing and advertising purposes

· Community event planning and execution

· Follow up with prospects by phone and email

· Utilizing social media and internet platforms to market available units

· Assisting in lease renewals

· Respond to resident concerns

What we are looking for

· Previous sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is required

· Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not required

· Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions

· High level of professionalism in both manner and dress
