Executive Administrator


CoSourcing Partners, an award-winning Intelligent Automation Company and UiPath growth partner, seeks a top-of-the-line Executive Administrator or Executive Assistant to provide personalized secretarial, administrative, HR, and accounting support. The candidate must be flexible, organized, and have prior assistant experience. The administrative executive is a critical member of the team, offering timely and professional support to the executive on various matters. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and help create zero wage reports and address tax requests from State/Federal Level
  • Previous experience as admin preferred but not required.
  • Filing (invoices, paperwork in employee file)
  • Manage the backgrounds process(es)
  • Accounts receivable and assist with accounts payable.
  • Maintaining HR compliance under federal/state regulations
  • Process new state UI accounts and new state registrations.
  • Attending executive meetings during working hours to discuss strategic planning.
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs, Ad hoc reporting.
  • Enter and/or review vendor invoices.
  • Manage the timesheet collection process (collecting, entering and reviewing/auditing)
  • Assist with accounting issues, payroll issues, and tax issues.
  • Client invoicing
  • Maintain employee files; manage new hire documentation.
  • Oversee/reconcile accounting records.
  • Track sales monthly sales commissions
  • Coordinate workflow – Update delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines – keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Microsoft Office is a MUST (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
