Job Title: Learning System Administrator
Focus: Technology, L&D
Location: New York, NY
Reports to: VP, Associate Director, Talent Technology

The Role:
The Learning System Administrator position will be responsible for configuration, management, solutioning and end user support escalation focused on the global learning management ecosystem. You will report to the VP, Associate Director of Talent Technology as part of the Talent Technology Team, and partner primarily with the Global Learning & Development team. To support the full learning lifecycle and understand the connections between talent tools in an employee’s learning evolution in the company, you may also be trained and participate in projects and support related to onboarding experience and relevant performance / development cross over processes. This includes collaborating on integrations with other systems in the Talent ecosystem such as the Applicant Tracking System and various content providers. This is a global role that will be responsible for cultivating relationships with learning and development contacts across all regions, including North America, Latin America, Asia Pacific and Europe. As needed, you will interact with senior and executive-level HR and Learning professionals across all regions and markets, as well as their team members to support utilization of the tools. This role may also interact with the Business Intelligence Team, the extended Infrastructure and Technology team, Data security office and Legal Counsel to partner on analytics and data integration related tasks.

What You Will Do:
Specific Responsibilities include:
  • Provide technical solutions to requirements defined by the business.
  • Administer Learning platforms, including tasks such as workflow configuration, content / course management & business rules, permission management, monitoring of data feeds.
  • Manage system upgrade schedules, understand upgrade documentation and draft feature enhancement communications to user community.
  • Effectively communicate resolution of issues to employees and relay information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Act as liaison between learning team and technical colleagues in Business intelligence and Data and Infrastructure teams to translate business needs to technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot integration points between Learning Management System (Docebo), Learning Experience Platform (Degreed) and other systems to reduce friction and simplify the user experience
  • Manage implementation, integration, content deployment, and other related projects related to the learning technology ecosystem and related platforms.
  • Perform relevant business analysis, document requirements for new solutions/analytics dashboards.
  • Work with end users as necessary to document feature enhancements/understand local learning needs.
  • Train and lean in on occasional backup configuration and support of onboarding platform.
  • Serve as the escalation point person for the learning platforms and other platforms as deemed necessary, resolving application configuration and data management issues and managing vendor related escalations to resolution.
  • Document system training manuals, FAQs and support workflows.
  • Responsible for moving projects forward in a proactive and self-sufficient manner with high-level direction and report back findings and progress
  • Run/schedule reports and analytics on usage for various supported tools.
  • Manage data integrations with key platforms, working with the MW and IPG CISO and data privacy legal counsel to adhere to and execute against data security and data privacy requirements

Who You Will Be:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Experience with support ticketing systems required, Zendesk preferred
  • Ability to work independently or in collaboration with team members
  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or comparable experience required
  • Equally strong technical and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with an agility to respond to changing business environment
  • Experience with data integrations between two or more systems a plus
  • Experience with third party vendor management desired
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience data privacy and data security requirements, processes and philosophies
  • Experience with data analytics/dashboards desired, experience with PowerBI a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with SSO authentication a plus (Ping, Azure, etc.)
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience configuring/supporting/maintaining any workflow-driven systems, with 1 – 3 years managing learning-related systems required (Level 2 application support as well as Level 1 script-based support)
  • Experience with Degreed and/or Docebo platforms a plus
  • Ability to effectively manage up

Salary Range: 80k-100k
