Duties:

• Provide remote support to end-users at multiple customer sites.
• Perform administrative tasks in Office 365 (e.g. creating users, distro lists, forwarding rules).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Support password resets in Active Directory, Office 365, etc.
• Act as liaison between customer and 3rd party vendors (e.g. internet service providers, line-of-business software vendors).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

• Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. TeamViewer, Zendesk).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Proven experience as a remote support specialist or similar role.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
