We're hiring a Learning Management System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for the Learning Management System.

Additionally, you'll:

  • Facilitate virtual and instructor led trainings utilizing Adult Learning Theory best practices.
  • Maintain administrative duties and implement learning over the online learning management system, including analyzing usage of platform and completed courses.
  • Serve as a professional member of the Human Resource, Learning and Development Team contributing both ideas and expertise in the development of relevant, world-class training efforts and possess excellent facilitation and executive presence.
  • Develop and upload training programs, independently or in conjunction with other departments and learning department team members.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver appropriate training modules and evaluation tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and/or other software (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and Adobe Creative suite products).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a service, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
  • Experience using virtual classroom products to facilitate webinars/meetings.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience related to the role.
  • On-property presence with limited remote duties.
  • Minimum of two years of related work experience utilizing software from an administration capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to create dynamic reports to audit required training.
  • Minimum of three to five years related work experience, ideally in the areas of design, development, and implementation of learning management systems and/or relevant training or instructional design experience.
  • Proven record of virtual design and delivery within an LMS system.
