Job Description
In this exciting opportunity, you will be joining an established team of Learning and Development professionals as we support the CDAO (Chief Data and Analytics Office) in elevating Data Literacy here at Vanguard. The Data Literacy program is a brand new, multi-year initiative that has been established as a key, enterprise priority; driving our ability to make data-driven decisions throughout our global footprint and truly be a disrupter in our industry. As part of this collaborative and high-performing team, you will have the unique opportunity to explore new vendor relationships, shape and build new learning offerings, and use your creativity to engage our enterprise-wide audience. In addition to offering opportunity to further enhance your skills in the learning and development space, this role will provide you with broad visibility and exposure to various strategic priorities.
Core Responsibilities
  • Creates curricula, supporting materials, and various related programs and modules for learning and development initiatives.
  • Ensures learning courses and programs are delivered through the most suitable methodologies, such as individual coaching, classroom training, virtual learning, and various other modules.
  • Assists in evaluating the impact of learning and development programs on crew development, performance, and career plans.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Determines learning needs in consultation with internal partners and identifies key learning and development objectives for a business unit or job area's various employees.
Qualifications
  • Five years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
