Job Description

We are working with a Global organization (that has strong roots in the PNW) to find its next Leadership & Development Manager. The L & D Manager will report to the HR Director and develop the first-ever dedicated L & D team within the organization. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience creating and developing programs within Leadership Development. This role is a newly created position with the opportunity for someone to build and ideally grow a team. Our client offers highly competitive medical benefits, dental, and vision as well as a strong 401K match program. Annual compensation is $100K-$125K, DOE. This will be a 100% On-Site role in Portland, OR.


Learning & Development Job Responsibilities:

  • Create courses and assigned training paths
  • Create and design program content
  • Ensure all Learning and Training materials align with company culture and mission
  • Utilize LMS and implement processes in order to best utilize all facets of LMS
  • Conduct full-scope needs assessments in order to decipher organization needs within Learning and Development
  • Develop corporate training programs


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
  • 5+ years of Learning & Development experience required
  • LMS experience is required
  • Demonstrated experience leading assessments in order to develop corporate trainings
  • Proven experience developing Training programs from concept to facilitation
