Title: Leadership Trainer

Location: Charleston, South Carolina

Note: It's a hybrid model (ILT and VILT) with 2-4 days min in the office per month and a max of 10.

The shift will be 8 AM -5 PM

Mandatory Expectations and Preparedness

• Min 5 years of Training Delivery in the areas of Leadership/Behavioral Skills
• A high degree of comfort with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Systems, Email and email management, normal web, and internet functionality, and use
• 2 years minimum of being in a Management/Leadership Role
• Highly organized
• Development and Leadership Development programs
• Extremely comfortable coaching and facilitating with groups of business people

Facilitation Skills

• Able to steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills
• Experience delivering on Zoom, WebEx, and MS Teams
• Proficient in the knowledge of Coaching, Delivery of Soft Skills, and Train the Trainer
• Able to build rapport and create a safe zone for the audience

Relevant Experience Required

• Robust understanding of Management Development and Leadership Development
• First-hand experience working in a corporate environment as a full-time or part-time employee
• First-hand experience leading a team as a manager within an organized corporate setup
