About the Role:

Job Title:

• Lead QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing the QA team to stakeholders.
• Training and mentoring QA team members.
• Preparing and presenting QA reports.
• Developing and implementing QA processes and procedures.
• Overseeing the quality of software products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Interested in technical practices around testing.
• 8+ years experience QA engineer.
• Good reporting processes around testing.
• Experience with regression and end-to-end test, UAT, DB testing.
• Experience as a team lead - actual leading team experience, providing direction, coming up with a plan of execution.
• Strong experience with Postman.
• Healthcare experience is a must-have.
• Testing around databases, testing around ELT/ETL.
• Heavy SQL Experience.
• Experience with a smoke test.
• Mostly automated and manual testing.
• Understands what testing needs to be provided.

Desired Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location:

• New York City, NY or Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100,000 – $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
