We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Operations to manage our day-to-day operations, ensuring a smoothly functioning, efficient organization. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader, skilled in operational management, customer service, and business strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
1. Community Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and maintain a vibrant, inclusive culture.
2. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll operations, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and training and development of employees.
3. Accounts Management: Direct the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
4. Customer Service: Handle customer service requests, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that satisfy our clients.
5. Gift Management: Oversee the administration of customer, partner, and employee gifts as part of our recognition and engagement strategy.
6. Zoom Moderation: Manage the coordination and moderation of Zoom meetings and webinars.
7. Project Management: Oversee project list management and delegate tasks as necessary to ensure project completion.
8. Speaker Bookings: Coordinate speaker bookings for seminars, webinars, and other corporate events.
9. Process Design and Optimization: Evaluate and redesign operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide oversight to ensure consistent implementation.
10. Media Requests: Handle media requests and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of operational success.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
4. Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, finance, and marketing.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in the use of business software including payroll systems, project management tools, and Zoom.
7. Ability to think strategically and solve problems efficiently.
