Job Description

  • Direct, guide, assist and participate with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas under the direction and mentorship of the Executive Chef (French Master Chef)
  • Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Ability to contribute to the menu and food offering development.
  • Take initiative and make sound decisions to ensure timely and quality delivery of dining experience when needed.
  • On the job:

    • Responsible for ensuring by guiding and contributing the set-up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies products and equipment according to operating procedures.
    • Supervise and execute menu items according to production schedules, recipes and instructions from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef in cooperation and collaboration with culinary staff
    • Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items as per instructions, recipes and pictures made available.
    • Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
    • Take initiative and make sound decisions to ensure timely and quality delivery of dining experience when needed.

    • Ability to lead a team by example, showing outstanding organizational skills and willingness to constant optimization of the professional kitchen.
    • Willingness to learn and perform.
    • 5-6 years of cooking experience preferred.
    • Ability to contribute to the menu and food offering development.
    • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic computer navigation.
