Strong project management and analytical skills

Experience in Music/Entertainment/Artist Management or related

Keep projects on track and lead communication with the Repertoire Owner, Artist/Management, and UMG Latin America OpCos.

Create reports with marketing strategy and weekly status reports on single/album performance to upper management.

Excellent written, presentation and communication skills in English and Spanish.

Experience/exposure in Latin America and/or Iberia markets

Extremely organized with superior time management skills

Ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of incoming eCommerce drops or promotions, as well as specific client requirements/needs for each initiative.

Project Manage follow-throughs and logistics for any approved and active campaigns.

Manage workflow against client SOW, as well as standard turnaround times for requests.

Report on drop alerts, sales recaps, and marketing data to all relevant parties (label, manager etc) around high profile program activity.

3-4+ years of relevant internship or full-time work experience, preferably in music & entertainment or eCommerce

Manage all bookings from projection stage through final PO stage with all vendors, working towards minimizing chases + liabilities.

Manage and send weekly shipping report to head of department.

Manage development of 2 programs per season through production phases.

Manage all RLM functions for production – entering of cost and Purchase Orders.

Manage COGs budget and report to head of department on monthly basis.

Manage cost negotiations through production stage and enter final costs in RLM.

Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar), experience with Adobe suite & other project management platforms a plus

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Assist with developing a mid-year review of 2023 Lowly label projects & key insights & other special projects as assigned

Attend meetings, assist with brainstorming ideas for upcoming release campaigns

Assist with pulling data for weekly marketing reports & help provide analysis

Assist with generating Disco pitching playlists based on moods, genres, pitching briefs for DSPs, sync, etc.

Candidates must be reliable and have good time management skills

Skills must include basic Google Suite

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills required

Strong organizational skills are preferred

Candidates must have experience handling confidential information

Experience in Marketing or Music Entertainment is a plus

Complete various tasks for the A&R admin manager to include tracking album status charts, transcribing and reviewing lyrics, reviewing clean audio

Assist and participate in coordination of record production. Work with mixing and mastering engineers, studio managers, and artists throughout the process

Skills must include basic Microsoft Office and Internet research

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills required

Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Must be proactive, detailed oriented, and possess good follow-through while adhering to deadlines. Strong organizational skills are preferred

Performs data entry for receiving transactions, piece tickets, and requisitions.

Fills in for Shipping Clerk and Receiving Clerk as needed.

6 months of clerical experience.

Performs normal clerical duties as required, including word processing, filing, answering phones, taking messages, etc.

Verifies orders are correct by confirming shipment goods match pick lists and bills of ladings prior to pick-up.

Verifies commercial carrier shipments, such as UPS and FedEx, are appropriate to customers’ specifications.

Associates degree + minimum of 2 years working experience

Preferred experience is at least 5 years

Adobe skills are a plus

Quality systems (technical/approval platforms) experience

Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.

Reviews labeling for consistency with similar or related products specifications.
