At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a Lab Technician based in Fort Worth, TX!

As a Danone Quality Lab Tech, you will help support the manufacturing operations in implementing the Danone Quality Assurance system by executing lab testing for analytical, micro, and sensory data for both finished product and packaging materials.

About you

• You have the ability to develop/implement core work practices and standards that ensure excellence in quality.
• Your base schedule of 12hr overnight shifts, training on days 4-6 weeks.
• You have strong “self-management” skills and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• You have the ability to multitask and manage priorities with allocating time to long-term, quality continuous improvement projects.
• You are able to prove the ability to establish, optimize and maintain world-class quality system and team.
• You to have a Bachelor’s Degree in food science, Microbiology, or the equivalent, preferred
• You have established project management skills. You must bring leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with various levels of plant and corporate personnel and influence others.
• You are willing to work flexible schedules as needed to support 7-day per week, 24-hour per day production facilities. Your work schedules could include occasional off-shift or weekend work.
• You have excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• You have the ability to influence others and be a team player.
• You have 0-3 years’ experience in the dairy/food/beverage manufacturing industry, including supervisory experience preferred.
• You have the ability to rapidly assess, analyze, and quickly resolve complicated quality problems with little initial information or direction and with varying degrees of ambiguity.
