What We Offer
To provide new resin synthesis support to sales and TAM according to market requirements in Asia.
To provide support (before and after sales) to sales, TSE and TSM in China by synthesis of resin and product evaluation & application.
Develop new products to satisfy market requirement.
Capable to design the Polyester modification & synthesis according to the information of TAD Capable to search and analyze IP, prepare IP documents for new products.
Keep well informed about powder coating technical development, new application and new products. Daily contact with other labs, TAM for technical issues.
Investigate, document and resolve complaints and TAM’s technical request in a timely fashion. Accomplish maintenance of lab and relevant equipment.
Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to the DSM China procedures and DSM Taipei standards.
Carry out any other instructions from senior management relating to DCR business.
Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly. Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
What You Offer

• Fluent in English, oral and write/read communication skill
• High level of understanding of customer Needs, good communication with other function
• Preferably interdisciplinary experience from production, regulatory, or supply chain
• Good lab SHE awareness
• Preferably more than 5 years synthesis/polymerization research experience
• Highly skilled chemist ( PhD-level) with broad experience in polymer chemistry
• Team player
