Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program studying marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Must have a creative mindset and willingness to contribute fresh ideas.
• Knowledge of short-form content creation and social media trends.
• Must be comfortable speaking to a camera
• Has an Instagram and TikTok account with an active following

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging tiktoks and reels
• Attend weekly synchronous meetings and be an active member of asynchronous communications on Slack
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our content is fresh and relevant.
• Develop and produce original, on-brand content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Analyze social media metrics to determine the effectiveness of our content and identify areas for improvement
• Engage with our audience through comments and direct messages to increase brand awareness and user engagement
