This role is open to remote candidates. This role is non-exempt hourly and pays $22.00 - $24.00 an hour, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and challenging priorities.
  • Update and maintain the Negotiations Learning Centers that house all of the policies, procedures, job aids, FAQs, and documents the Negotiations team uses.
  • Ensure all documentation is in compliance with internal quality standards,as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively communicate all updates, enhancements, and revisions to varying audiences.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly content reviews, revise documents as needed, and provide reporting on current content housed within the Negotiations Learning Center.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document current processes, best practices, and daily workflows. This includes creating solutions that explain complex information in a clear, accurate, and concise manner.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team
  • Own and drive projects and initiatives to enhance adoption of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Thorough understanding of Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into easily understandable information
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail

Education and Experience

  • Prior technical writing or training experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in debt settlement
