2+ years experience with product knowledge management in a SaaS startup

Conduct audits to find articles that need to be archived or combined with other articles to maintain a manageable knowledge base.

2 years of experience in technical writing, content creation, and/or knowledge base writing

2 years of experience utilizing Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar knowledge base tools

Responsible for writing, editing, and updating customer-facing knowledge base articles for multiple products.

Act as a subject matter expert for your products on the Customer Education team and other teams as needed.

Sound decision making and organizational skills

Manage the Knowledgebase management system, process, and stakeholder participation, designing and refining processes to ensure quality and consistency.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Degree in management, communications, technical writing, business, or a related field

Experience and knowledge of the mortgage, real estate, and/or construction industry will provide a strong advantage.

Create and execute a plan to increase and improve the usage of the Knowledgebase to our multiple customer segments.

Refine dashboards to help track key knowledge metrics.

Knowledge or experience using Waste and Nuclear Materials Management databases such as Waste Characterization and Tracking System (WCATS), LAMCAS, and LANMAS

Familiarity or experience working in support of hazardous waste management and/or within a nuclear facility.

Knowledge of TA-55 facility operations and NPI mission.

Assist the ALS safety manager with development and maintenance of the Work Planning and Control activities for biology work.

Under general supervision of the ALS safety manager, ensure all biological samples and biological work comply with applicable permits and approvals.

Assist with maintaining the ALS Chemical Inventory, including physical inventory and data entry.

Experience in biosafety and biological hazards

Demonstrated experience in DOE user facilities, DOE laboratories or a biology laboratory setting.

Knowledge of existing LBNL and/or ALS safety processes.

Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing and website optimization

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with marketing automation platforms

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Compensation range for this position is $40,000 annually. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

Experience using spreadsheets like Google Sheets or Excel to sort through large datasets

Solid online sleuthing skills is also a plus - Ability to navigate government datasets/databases

Basic knowledge of what Yelp does and why (knowledge of Yelp Products and Product flows is a plus)

You will evaluate businesses against established criteria to determine their eligibility for our Verified License program

You will resolve claims, answer questions and communicate with businesses applying for the program
