Technical Skills:

-Quality assurance services for feature development team covering all facets of an organization, such as: test planning & execution, defect tracking, logging, reporting, and root cause analysis.

-Support number of feature development teams (tentatively 7 feature development sprint teams, however, 1 of the team is 2X in size) for features testing which includes, but not limited to

·Understanding of feature requirements, design documents and creating of test plans creation.

·Building test plans considering automated testing concepts, specifically within Behavior Driven Design frameworks

·Recommend Automation first approach in test procedure (robot framework is the priority, WinPVT is secondary) for new feature test cases, if feasible.

·Develop manual testing of feature test cases to validate the feature functionality in absence of automated test script

·Able to run and interpret automated test scripts using Python and ideally with Robot Framework with well- defined acceptance criteria / Definition of Done.

·Reproduction of field issues reported for corresponding feature

·Triage & troubleshoot issues pertaining to the feature identified during development and field issues

·Evaluation of test plans, identification, and prioritization of test cases to improve test automation % and test effectiveness

-Leveraging test planning and documentation best practices, such as: test case management, defect linkage, and QA reporting

-Infrastructure maintenance:vCosmos infrastructure support,workflow support, unit under test, etc..

-Maintain the WinPVT test script for new features

-Documentation and distribution of agreed upon QA reports and KPI/metrics.Distribution to be consumed by HP PowerBI Dashboard.

-Performance measurement/monitoring and metrics tracking

-Building and sharing of best practices with effective communication and coordination with leadership, product management and various stakeholders at multiple levels of an organization
