About this role

Provide support to the Operational Managers and delivery teams on all matters of quality management

• Provide regional support for management system implementation
• Liaise with client and certification bodies as required
• Assist project process owners in establishing their delivery processes and procedures
• Input to the continuous improvement process
• Carry out the project specific quality management and assurance activities as detailed in the Quality Plan
• Provide performance data as requested for reporting purposes
• Provide input and support the sub-contractor/supplier evaluation processes
• Assist in the investigation and close-out of improvement opportunities where required
• To plan and lead (as necessary), assessment visits/audits to suppliers and sub-contractors as agreed with SCM and operational functions
• Ensure that all necessary quality records are identified and retained
• Co-ordinate and conduct internal audits
• Audit compliance to ISO 9001/API Q1/APIQ2 standards
• Undertake as necessary awareness training in SIMS and quality related topics

HSEQ Responsibilities

• It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with, and follows the Company's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System and takes an active part in the compliance and improvement of the Management Systems.
• The incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
• The incumbent must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems according to the Management System processes/procedures.
• The incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health, safety and/or environmental legislation to follow these.

Qualifications & Experience

• ISO 9001 internal auditor
• Able to develop processes and procedures from information provided by user departments
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Kelvin TOPSET Investigator
• Proven track record in a similar role
• Able to deliver training on a range of quality topics
• In-depth knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001
• Able to develop QA reports from database information and present to internal customers
