Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in meetings with colleagues across the team to discuss the scope, concept, design, budget, and schedule of projects
• Adhere to timelines and budgets assigned to each project as established by the Project Manager and tracked by use of daily time tracking software
• Help with visual QA of assigned projects and ensure all creative executions are aligned to and consistent with correct internal processes, client brands, and overall best design practices
• Occasionally assist with video editing projects using Adobe After Effects
• Design print and digital marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop based on project briefs and creative direction

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
• A team-oriented individual that enjoys contributing to the culture of the office
• Solid understanding of design principles such as layout, UI/UX, typography, composition, and color theory, proven by a strong portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with varied experience in other professional design agency tools and software such as Google Workspace, Sketch, and InVision, or other comparable tools
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to project requirements, making adjustments when necessary
• Ability to work on-site in Roselle, IL, for four days a week
• Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
