Who You Are:

• A confident professional with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A connector with a natural ability to engage, inspire and instill confidence in others
• An entrepreneurial salesperson with the drive to achieve goals and earn uncapped commissions
• A creative thinker with a passion for interior designer and interest in developing as a designer
• Someone who is excited to work in a beautiful and supportive retail sales environment
• Both Full-time and Part-Time opportunities available.

What You’ll Do:

• Create beautiful, comfortable spaces
• Deliver exceptional client experiences, resulting in repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals
• Connect with clients, build rapport, and establish yourself as a trusted expert
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators

What you’ll Need:

• Schedule flexibility and availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
• Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems
• Confidence and charisma to thrive in a commission-based sales role
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• The ability to move through the showroom at a pace that satisfies the needs of our clients
