We're looking for a Designer to help us build delightful and functional experiences for users who interface with our brand or product.

About This Role

As a Designer at Hologram, you'll deliver high-impact designs across brand, web, and product experiences. For brand work, you'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce beautiful and compelling designs for digital campaigns, events, and internal and external collateral. For web work, you'll collaborate with marketing and engineering to design new web pages and identify ways to optimize the current marketing site experience for visitors. Lastly, for product design work, you'll help contribute interactive designs for our Dashboard and Store, receiving mentorship from our Principal Product Designer. This role reports to our Senior VP of Product & Design and will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Marketing.

What you'll do:

• Clearly articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions, based on customer, business, or brand value.
• Collaborate with peers in every discipline to solicit input and feedback throughout the design process.
• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality brand, marketing, and product experiences that showcase strong usability, brand cohesion, and customer value.
• Work independently on multiple projects, ensuring that project timelines are on track and that the status is clearly communicated.

Helpful skills and experience:

• 3+ years of visual design and web experience with a portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in typography, color, information hierarchy, responsive layout, iconography, and general aesthetic sense across digital and web platforms.
• A portfolio that showcases your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, including interaction and visual design artifacts and high-fidelity prototypes across brand, website, and product experiences.
• Multiple examples where you demonstrated an ability to understand customer and business goals, identify opportunities, and make prioritization and design decisions based on relative impact.
