TMF USA is looking for a Junior Tax Preparer to join our Miami Office and join our Accounting & Tax Team in a hybrid modality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior tax preparers in preparing
  • Input data into tax software, and support with basic calculations.
  • Assistance in researching tax laws and regulations to ensure accurate and compliant filings.
  • Gathering and organizing financial documents
  • Filing tax returns for businesses

Key Requirements:

  • Communication skills with clients and team members to provide excellent service.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and familiarity with tax laws are essential for this role (1099 forms, 1065 & any relevant US tax forms).
  • Strong attention to detail
