Junior Business System Analyst

SUMMARY

Location: Island Hospitality Management Corporate Office

Position Type: Non-Management

The starting pay rate for this position is $55,000 annually.

We are seeking a Junior Business System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to end-users, managing user accounts, maintaining GL mapping, creating and analyzing ad hoc reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend and holiday availability is required for this position.

This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida and requires in-office work daily.

Job Requirements:

• Maintain GL mapping and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new system functionality.
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to management.
• Provide support to end-users on system functionality and best practices for various systems including accounting, ERP, revenue management, and POS.
• Create and analyze ad hoc reports to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
• Manage and maintain user accounts in business systems.

Job Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree
• Experience in Financial Analysis
• High attention to detail and accountability
• Proficiency in working with both Microsoft Excel-based models and creating PowerPoint presentations

Working Conditions:

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
