-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

-Comfortable in a customer interfacing role, has led meetings in the past

-Documentation with system analysis

Day-to-Day:

A client in New Orleans has 1 opening for a fully remote Junior Business Analyst with between 1-3 years of experience to join their IT Division. The BA will be strategically placed amongst multiple projects where they need a strong Junior Business Analyst to assist the team through projects and analysis when needed. There are several projects involving internal and external stakeholders which will require the BA to bounce from Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project. This Junior Business Analyst will need to act as a team player and as a vocal member in all meetings driving initiatives forward alongside Technical Delivery Leads, Developers, QA, Business Relationship Managers and Project Managers. This is fully remote, working CST hours, as a contract to hire role and will need to sit in CST or EST.
