Job Description

Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Jr Tech Writer to join our Client's team.


Position Details:

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid Remote/Onsite on Tuesday’s Only)

Type: 6 Month Contract

Must have TN Visa, GC, EAD, H4, or USC


Our client Financial Tech Client provides economic research regarding risk, performance and financial modeling, as well as consulting, training and software services.


:


  • Gather information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff.
  • Create operating instructions, how-to manuals, assembly instructions to help technical support staff, consumers, and other users within a company or an industry.
  • Create document flow diagrams; and develop and maintain user-training materials.
  • Translate business specifications into user documentation.
  • Translate complex data into user-friendly text.


Requirements:


  • Prior Confluence experience required
  • Prior Paligo or CCMS experience required
  • Prior Madcap Flare experience helpful
  • Degree in a related area.
  • Ability to work under tight timeframes. Good organizational skills.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and ability to review technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.
  • Prior DITA practical exposure required
