Tech Education and Support Intern

Answering client questions about tech products and services.

Modify existing databases/websites/database management systems

Excellent communications skills and a passion for improving user experiences through intuitive products and robust documentation

Update and manage engineering event sites such as the Engineering Summit, Twitch Hackweeks, and additional soon-to-launch program/events.

Manage the process of updating outdated or incomplete documentation from Platforms & Services teams and centralizing the content.

Experience as a technical writer for product documentation, or online publishing, writing technical, customer-facing materials

Experience leading and writing documentation for developers (e.g., APIs, SDKs, web technologies)

Install and configure database software

Transfer data from existing system to new platform

Apply database changes and testing for vendor maintenance fixes and new releases, conducts tests, and evaluates database package tools.

Create backup and recovery plans and procedures

Develop Application Programing Interfaces (APIs).

Prepare data for predictive and/or prescriptive modeling.

Direct or related experience in:

Product Support (Marketing, Business partners, Komatsu owned groups)

Enhance working relationships and policies

Identify necessary content to support customers

Basics of components and function

Factory Personnel (ex. engineers, assembly)

Excellent technical writing skills and ability to review technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing.

Demonstrated ability to document business processes and write detailed functional requirements.

Ability to work under tight timeframes. Good organizational skills.

Prior Madcap Flare experience helpful

Prior Paligo or CCMS experience required

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid Remote/Onsite on Tuesday’s Only)

Bachelors degree and three (3) or more years' experience; experience in lieu of degree will be accepted.

Experience interpreting and synthesizing engineering drawings, technical information from engineering documentation, consultations with ISEAs, and other available sources.

Experience with Microsoft products to include Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience interfacing with the Strategic Systems and Naval Sea Systems Command Program Offices and missile Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Experience with MIL-STDs and GPO Style Manual.

Experience with xml schema and development of xml files and scripts.

Develop Operation tests / qualifications scripts based on functional requirement

Hands-on Labvantage experience in the pharma industry, with working knowledge/understanding of GMP, Product Specifications and Test Methods.

Advising clients on how to meet compliance requirements.

Advising clients on developing test that provide adequate compliance coverage as well as thoroughly tests business requirements.

Work with client business functions and subject matter experts to develop User Requirements, Functional, and Design Specifications to establish hardware/software requirements

Develop Installation tests / qualifications scripts based on Design
