Jr. Operations Associate Jobs

Metro Global Ventures is a small investment firm. We invest in and help grow smaller businesses with solid fundamentals and strong management teams. We are looking for an engaged Jr. Operations Associate to join our fun and talented team.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, multi-task, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel & logistics for Conferences
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Event planning for external events
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed (ordering supplies, ordering food, packing and shipping gifts to clients on a weekly basis, etc.)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, driven, and focused mindset
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities throughout the day as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work onsite from our Bala Cynwyd office 4 days a week
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
