Job Description

  • Support in facilitating frequent audits as determined by La Tropical, including inventory, cash, payroll, etc.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as determined by La Tropical
  • Must understand and have experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Four-year business degree required (MBA preferred), either in finance, accounting, or business management
  • Work with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure timely payment and revenue tracking
  • Primary responsibilities will be to create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Material Transfers and aid in financial reporting
  • Must have solid foundation in excel, outlook, Power BI, Power Query, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Entry-level position on FP&A team at growing Miami-based brewery, working with finance, sales, IT, production and other shared services to maintain clear and cohesive financials and other reporting.
  • Jr. Finance Analyst will report directly to existing Finance Analyst
  • Financial reporting support includes creating and maintaining recurring reports from Square, SAP, Market Man, TipHaus, Tripleseat, and other software used at La Tropical
  • Needs to be logical, systems-oriented thinker with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with financial reporting required
  • Work from La Tropical HQ in Miami, FL
  • Knowledge of Spanish a plus
