Overview
Connection has a new opportunity through our Technical Staffing division for an IT Technician in Bloomfield, CT of Hartford, CT. This is a contract to hire opportunity with our client in the medical industry starting at 12 months. This position is onsite and responsible for configuring, shipping, and troubleshooting VPN devices\IP Phones for New Hires and Transfer scenarios in a timely manner to meet the due date.
12-month contract position. Full benefits, medical, dental, and vision. Wellness and sick days. M-F 8am-5pm.
Job Duties

• Processing tickets based on due date
• Troubleshoot C-Live issues post deployment.
• Packing all C-Live required items
• Configuring IP Phone for all non-call center colleagues
• Documenting work in Service Now Tickets
• Configuring VPN device for colleagues
• Perform other duties assigned by Depot leadership.
• Transferring shipments to loading dock for courier pickup
• Creating\printing shipping labels for each shipment using our vendor software portal
