Job Description
Dietrich Computing Operations (DCO) offers a service footprint that encompasses the needs of Dietrich personnel, ranging from purchasing a laptop, web support, graduate admissions, teaching technology/pedagogical support, research needs, process improvement, to sophisticated data analytics and visualization.
We are seeking an entry level IT Systems and Support Associate to join our team! This role is responsible for front line support of users of desktops, networks and IT resources. In this role, you will handle general questions and refer more complicated issues to higher level IT staff for their review or resolution.
Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Assists in routine/basic maintenance/administration of internal systems
  • Hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and user training, assisting in product evaluations.
  • Front line support of users of computers/devices and other IT resources
  • Logs issues and provides follow-up documentation through resolution steps
  • Contribute as part of a team within Dietrich Computing Operations
