Job Description

Responsibilities For IT Support Technician


  • Communicates directly with customers
  • Manage internal platforms, including Windows Server
  • Minor facilities tasks as needed
  • Documents incident status and resolution
  • Escalates problems when necessary
  • Workstation Provisioning across the business
  • Follows up on customer interactions
  • Provides user access service
  • Processes requests and incidents
  • Liaise with local IT Vendors
  • Diagnoses customer problems
  • Assists customers with recovery issues


Qualifications For IT Support Technician


  • Associate's degree with computer science focus or equivalent IT training and related certifications
  • Must have advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems peripherals.
  • Powershell Scripting experience is plus!
  • Basic to Moderate Understanding of Networking Principles
  • Experience with Endpoint Imaging
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Ability to quickly change direction and adapt in order to meet the needs of the business
