IT Development and System Support Specialist

Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Summary

Are you prepared to make an impact on day one by supporting administrative tasks to working on an ERP platform and everything in between? This role will challenge you with a variety of tasks including those associated with learning Salesforce, developing code, to supporting web base programs. Ideal candidates for this role are tech-savvy, love the challenges of troubleshooting and solving problems and are not afraid to take on a variety of tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Prefer a 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• Must possess some sort of certification in computer science, information systems, MIS, programming or similar training

Experience

• Knowledge of basic ERP business systems and the transactions they manage (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, etc.)
• Knows how to install software on a PC or network
• Understanding of setting up web environments, domains, hosting, and SSL certificates
• Knowledge of CMS - Word Press
• Ability to define and follow logical steps to troubleshoot problems in hardware or software
• Understanding of web application best practices
• Have some experience working with Salesforce Applications
• Familiarity with at least one programming / scripting language at an intermediate level
• Demonstrated proficiency with the components of a software office suite (Microsoft, Libre, Google) especially spreadsheets
• Ability to communicate technical ideas
• Understand Database Management Systems and possess basic or better SQL abilities

Duties

• Edit/write simple PHP, ASP, JavaScript, Perl or Python development to automate repetitive tasks
• Assist with documenting location and integration points of programs and processes
• Assist with maintenance of internal and external e-commerce platforms
• Work alongside IT, Marketing and Sales teams to provide technical support
• Work with helping to set up e-Commerce platforms on WooCommerce and WordPress for our customers
• Assist with database cleanups (supplement existing data, data refresh, gather and enter data, assist with audits)
• Review and report on various production log files and scheduled process review/report
