Fox Run is a beautiful 108-acre continuing care retirement community in Novi, Michigan. We’re part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

As our IT Support Coordinator you will be part of a dedicated support team. Every day, you will walk our beautiful campus, providing technical support to over 1200 residents and 750 staff members at our Fox Run Senior Living Community. To thrive in this job you are able to build rapport quickly and feel comfortable explaining how to use technology in person to our residents and staff. We support many different systems and we will provide you with training so you can support them too. This job is onsite, located in Novi, Michigan.

We’re looking for an a IT Support Coordinator with experience…

• Supporting computers, tablets, and mobile phones
• Working in a team environment
• Working in a customer service environment
• Learning new technologies and applications

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience starting at $25/ hourly
