As our IT Security Administrator, you'll perform administration, support, and monitoring for ProMach’s cybersecurity technologies and solutions. In this role, you'll ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate servers, data, networks, and client computing environments for 40+ divisions located around the world. In addition, you'll be a key contributor in all departmental projects and provide second tier support and training for IT incidents and requests.

As a member of the IT Operations team, you will work side by side with your teammates and leader, the Director of IT Operations, at our HQ in Covington, Kentucky.

Does this work interest you?

• Initiate Security Incident Response procedures when necessary; tracks incident to resolution and generates detailed post-incident reports
• Participate in routine server maintenance and Disaster Recovery
• Assist with Active Directory/Group Policy (GPO) Administration in a multi-forest/multi-domain environment
• Maintain Windows OS configuration and hardening standards, as well as IT Security Metrics for AV, Patch Management, KB4/Training
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of IT security policies and related procedures
• Office 365 support and administration (Azure, Email, OneDrive, Teams, Security Events, Alerting, etc.)
• Foster and maintain key vendor/3rd party service and support relationships
• Participate in rotational monitoring of IT operational alerts
• Perform recurring security and technology reviews for ProMach divisions
• Strong focus on vulnerability identification, tracking, and remediation/mitigation efforts
• Administration of: SentinelOne MDR, Duo Enterprise Multi-Factor (MFA), Enterprise Patch Management, and KnowBe4 web-based IT Security Training Platform Administration
• Participate in external Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Assessments
• User account security administration and oversight for datacenter, network, servers, ERP, and other enterprise applications
• Assist with SonicWall Firewall and VPN administration and support

• Experience with VMWare and/or Hyper-V Administration
• Familiarity with one or more IT security frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT, etc.)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or similar area of technical study; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with vulnerability management technologies
• Motivated, committed, and energetic self-starter dedicated to providing high-quality and responsive IT service
• 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology field
• Experience developing/maintaining IT General Controls
• Familiarity with the ITIL technology framework and Citrix support and administration is desirable
• Experience with Active Directory, NTFS security, Group Policy, and related client management tasks
• Strong written communications skills with experience writing technical documentation
• Ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels of the organization
• Experience with patch management solutions, (WSUS or similar)
• Experience with corporate acquisitions and related technology integrations is desirable
• Experience implementing / administering MFA solutions, (Duo or similar)
• Experience with enterprise MDR / AV solutions, (SentinelOne or similar)

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
