It Recruiter

Our client, a package delivery and supply chain management company, is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter for a 6+ month contract role in Louisville, KY. Position is mostly remote with occasional onsite work. **MUST BE LOCAL TO LOUISVILLE AREA**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review resumes and evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Monitor Affirmative Action Plans flow and selection.
• Post openings to appropriate Internet sources
• Identify, establish and maintain community resources that will produce qualified candidates
• Monitor and track open positions/requisition process
• Full lifecycle recruiting at all levels
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and define specific recruiting needs
• Handle full recruiting life cycle
• Conduct interviews and recommend candidates,
• Use creative ways to source and recruit for open positions, exempt and non-exempt

PREFERRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

• IT recruiting experience
• Degree Preferred: Bachelor
• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• The ability to work independently, organizes work, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience
• 3+ years experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• Adaptability to perform multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Rate- $23.13- $31/hour
