Career Opportunity: Recruiter with Galerie in Hebron, KY
- Communicate company personnel policies, procedures, and new processes to newly hired and current employees.
- Assist in managing workers' compensation injury claims and filing reports with insurance providers, maintaining accident information, and monitoring progress.
- Assist in the development and management of the employee training program. Track required training, research, and introduce new skilled and professional training.
- Assist with responding to various information requests from governmental agencies, such as Unemployment, in a timely manner.
- Responsible for onboarding newly hired employees which includes employee handbook overview, employment documents, required training, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist with company benefit administration, including enrollment forms, plan questions, claims resolution, and open enrollment.
- Work closely with the Culture Committee to implement employee programming to support a positive work culture.
- Create, process, verify, and maintain complete and confidential files/data on each employee relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.
- Assist employees and managers with payroll and benefit questions and answer employee questions.
- Establish and maintain department records and reports; recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency and services performed.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process. Work with hiring managers to post job openings, review resumes, complete phone screens, schedule in-office interviews, and create offer letters and background checks.
- Human Resources certifications are a plus.
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or related HRIS is required.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
- Ability to work within the timeframe of standard policies and procedures.
- Full cycle recruitment experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, or related field required with 2 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
