ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are looking for a responsible IT Project Manager to administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. IT Project Manager responsibilities include working closely with our Internal and External Development Managers to perform various coordination of tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation. A successful Project Manager will continually increase timeline accuracy of IT projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Planning
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and user stories.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, production and other teams to drive product development and launch activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Product Launch
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback post-launch.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing campaigns, developing product documentation, and training internal teams.
Stakeholder Management
  • Present product updates, progress reports, and business cases to gain support and alignment.
  • Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as executives, customers, and partners.
Story Writing
  • Translate requirements into detailed user stories that encompass all necessary information for developers to implement features.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of user stories and acceptance criteria.
User Support Facilitation
  • Provide timely and accurate responses, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and user support, addressing user tickets, inquiries, and product-related issues.
Ticket Management
  • Receive and triage tickets from support channels. Evaluate the urgency and severity of issues and assign them to the appropriate developers for resolution.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure prompt and effective ticket handling and issue resolution.Discovery and Prioritization

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or combination of professional experience and management certification.
  • 5+ years of successful project or product management delivering SaaS to internal or external clients.
  • You must be a self motivated self-starter
  • Must be open to learn new technologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be able to work in a sitting position on a computer for 6-8 hours a day.
  • Track record of executing complex projects – particularly enterprise-level applications
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
