It Business Operations Analyst

Sentara Healthcare is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a IT Business Operations Analyst !

This position is 100% remote but candidates must have a current residence in one of the follow states or being willing to relocate: AL ,DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, NE, NH, ND, NV, OK, OH,PA, SC, NC, SD, TN, TX, WA, VA,WA, WV, WI

Minimum Requirement:

Bachelor level degree

Experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree

3 years of relevant experience with degree

5+ years of relevant experience without degree

This role will be instrumental in developing and executing shared service capabilities within the IT Division. Candidates must be comfortable with requirements management, data analytics, have strong business acumen and be able to create new product offerings and processes. A successful candidate will be able to identify and effectively organize opportunities to improve business efficiencies.

Must Haves:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with expertise in Microsoft Excel

Support benchmarking and cost optimization initiatives

Ability to interact with highly confidential information

Ability to build excellent working relationships with, and confidently interact with senior leadership

Preferred :

ERP (Workday) analytical experience (training provided as needed)

Familiarity with financial data structure
