Inventory Control Specialist Jobs

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and control of inventory by executing daily inventory analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maximizing the performance of inventory processes and systems. The Specialist will also assist in the planning and execution of cycle counts and recommend improved inventory control processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute daily inventory analysis to ensure inventory accuracy and control. • Identify and resolve discrepancies and opportunities in inventory processes. • Maximize the performance of inventory processes and systems to ensure control of inventory and accuracy. • Assist in the planning and execution of cycle counts. • Recommend and implement improved inventory control processes. • Research inventory discrepancies and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Thorough understanding of inventory policies and procedures. • Ability to work independently with little direction. • Ability to read, interpret, apply and explain rules, policies, and procedures. • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy. • Good computer skills. • Basic Excel Skills Required. • Basic Math Skills. • Dependable and reliable.
