Inventory Control Manager Jobs

Louis Vuitton is seeking an Inventory Control Manager based in our Piscataway Distribution Center to management inventory accuracy physically, systematically, and financially across all systems. This individual will lead all aspects and audit physical inventories and cycle counts. Work alongside cross functional teams to ensure stock alignment between systems to minimize physical and financial variances.

This team member will be responsible for reviewing financial impact related to inventory adjustments and oversee all Distribution Center flows for inventory accuracy and identify gaps in the process potentially leading to loss.

• Develop dashboards on any critical metrics related to Distribution Centers
• Ensure stock integrity of all Digital inventory movements to protect sales and distribution
• Coordinate and manage the existing cycle count program at the distribution center
• Prepare monthly KPI inventory reports
• Identify and analyze gap trends leading to loss and coordinate with key business partners to develop SOPs and implement procedures to address risk
• Collaborate with 3PL Inventory Control department to develop procedural recommendations and improve overall accuracy and efficient handling of inventory
• Provide daily KPIs on DC and connect with different business partners internally
• Perform detailed research and document inventory discrepancies to identify root causes and advise IS&T department on vital corrections
• Ensure accuracy and accurate booking of all key functions related to inventory transactions

We are eager to speak with individuals with warehouse/inventory experience, with sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, & Power BI. With strong statistical skills and attentional to detail, you will be self-motivated and be able to cultivate strong relationships to work and collaborate with colleagues in an office and warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, with working knowledge and understanding of WMS/RMS concepts and the ability to learn more.
