Inventory Analyst Jobs

STONE Resource Group has partnered up with one of the Atlanta's largest telecommunications clients to find a qualified Inventory Analyst to come join their team! Our Client is a leader in the telecommunications industry. This is a Direct hire position that is operating on a hybrid schedule (needs to be in the Kennesaw area). The salary is $70-76k.

Responsibilities

• Identify and act on opportunities to improve the store inventory and warehouse inventory to meet or exceed company goals
• Provide ad-hoc reporting on store and warehouse inventory analysis
• Communicate with management, store operations and distribution centers concerning inventory movement changes and assortment activities
• Monitor demand performance of sales plan and directly work with cross functional team members to optimize inventory
• Provide store and warehouse level inventory and assortment analysis, unproductive store inventory and warehouse levels, store directed overstock analysis and store assortment reporting in support of inventory optimization
• Create and support reporting analysis of store and warehouse inventory outputs to aid in the execution of merchandising activities in support of overall company sales goals
• Interact with Category Managers and cross functional team members as needed to develop plans to optimize sales and operational planning

Qualifications

• Someone with experience with inventory levels at the DCs as well as the stores
• 5 years of experience as an analyst with a background in demand planning is required
• Experience with SAP Business Intelligence
• Experience with Sales and Operations Planning process
• Ability to query results using SQL software programs
